Ask that they support more stringent setbacks from property lines for wind turbine placement for non-participating landowners.  Ask that these setback distances exceed manufacturer recommended minimum setbacks to ensure the safety of all residents in wind turbine project developments.  Contact can be made by phone.

Follow up with an email.  You may close by posing a question asking if they are willing to support these types of setback and asking what are the current proposed setbacks.  Request that county residents be included in the discussion during the research and authorship phase so that all parties concerns are considered. Include your name, address, and phone number.
