AGENDA: Welcome and Introductions

9:30 am – 11:30 am: IS24-102, Balancing Solar in Oklahoma’s “All of the Above” Energy Plan (Rep Dobrinski).  The scope of the study is to determine the demand, benefit, and potential of upcoming solar generation and battery backup energy projects within our state and possible regulation that should accompany them.

1:00 pm – 3:00 pm: IS24-029, Solar Energy/Panels (Rep Ford).  The scope of the study is to look into solar energy tax credits, the disclosure statement on forms for federal income credit, seeking advice from your tax advisor, and adding protections for senior citizens/citizens in general

3:00 pm – 5:00 pm: IS24-087, The Kiamichi River in Southeast Oklahoma (Reps West, R; Humphrey; Dempsey),  This study will focus on the Kiamichi River and the impact of a hydroelectric dam.
